Don’t get me wrong. I wean my babes well before they are out of diapers. But, think of all the REAL issues that we face as moms that Time Magazine could have featured. The fact that a very small group of moms choose to breastfeed beyond toddlerhood is a non-issue compared with the daily struggle to provide wholesome family nutrition, connect with our kids and feel fulfilled as women, not just moms. Shame on you TIME for vilifying Dr Sears and attachment parenting to sell magazines.
